Cat and I have visited Jefferson on numerous occasions, the first being the 2002 Ghost Town Rally.



Jefferson is divided into two sections, upper and lower. Lower Jefferson is where the rock mill is located and upper Jefferson is where the townsite itself is located, along with the mine and another mill.


Cat was THRILLED with Jefferson! Lots to explore, lots to photograph and in general, exactly the type of ghost town that we are constantly on the look out for!
However, on the critter front all I could find to chase were lizards.
