PINE CITY MINE The Pine City Mine, once home to about 2000 people, is now just a couple of railroad cars and a mine shaft. This whole area is not only gorgeous, it also has lots of scattered ruins. Just above Arrowhead Lake,not far away from Pine City, is an old homestead and mining spot with a fantastic 5 stamp mill! The foliage is lush, green and soooo beautiful. Its also crawling with mosquitos so bring your deet! UGH! We recommend you brave the mosquitos anyway, this spot is absolutely gorgeous!
